Q: The luggage tags sold out before I could buy one! When will you restock them?
A: I’m currently dealing with a move from one country to another, and to simplify everything I’ve decided that I won’t restock until the move is done, which is by the end of June. I’ll still sell and ship what’s left, but I won’t restock anything or add any new products until then I’m afraid.
Q: What are the luggage tags made of? How sturdy are they?
A: It’s a 350gsm matte card laminate, so it’s pretty sturdy and (even if maybe not entirely) quite water resistant. You can’t write on then using a pencil, so I suggest either ballpoint or a permanent marker.
Q: I bought something from your shop, but I haven’t received any notification about it being shipped. When can I expect my order?
A: I do my best to post orders once a week, but sometimes I’m running behind a bit because of personal reasons (I work long hours and am often exhausted afterwards). If you need your order asap, send me a message with your order number and I’ll do what I can to speed it up.
Q: Are you open for commissions or freelance work?
